My name is Jeffery B. Tuttle Sr. the owner of von Liebotschanner Kennels which is located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, U.S.A. I've been breeding, raising and training German Shepherds under the kennel name "von Liebotschanner" for over 35 years. I have over 35 years training experience in Police and Personal Protection. My previous experience consists of Police, Correctional K-9 Officer Handler, and Schutzhund Competitor. I have been an active member, trainer and participant in Schutzhund since it's inception in the U.S.A. I have been a Schutzhund Trial Helper for many years at numerous local, regional, and national events.
